Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please see here.

Payment methods

Payments methods include PayPal and Credit Cards.
Select ‘Check out as Guest‘ on Paypal if you do not have or want a Paypal account.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment. We do not get access to your payment details, only Paypal do as they process the payment for us. That way it’s even more secure.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) Otherwise select ‘Check out as Guest‘ on Paypal if you do not want a Paypal account.

If you choose a PayPal e-check (rather than credit card or other source) it can take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal themselves.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:

  • Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
  • When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account without passing those details to us).
  • When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number either, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
  • You can also earn Miles / Points / Cashback via your credit card company.

How can I find a product?

Search for products by entering the product name or a keyword into the Search Bar on the top right of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details or click ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Options’ to select colour, model etc..


Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, if you either buy Wholesale e.g 10 units+ Contact us by email for details
or for a bigger discount become one of our Resellers.
